When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, you may share your name, contact details, order selections, delivery information and the content of your messages. The shopping cart is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us until you choose to send it through WhatsApp.
How it is used
We use the details you send to respond to enquiries, confirm orders, coordinate delivery and provide customer assistance. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are also subject to those services’ own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can clear your browser’s local storage to remove your saved cart. To ask about information shared directly with Onyinyechi, email onyinyeanikwata@gmail.com. We do not sell customer contact details.
